PEO C3T is at the epicenter of enabling battle space awareness for warfighters on the outer edge who go in harm's way to secure our freedom. Combined with consolidating down in an austere fiscal environment demands mission centricity; developing solutions that address critical mission requirements with a vendor agnostic approach, carried out with exacting technical and cost discipline. MFC3T is a purpose-built team ready to assist the PEO C3T in their mission of providing secure emergency, extraordinary or temporary communications, and interoperability across the DoD.

  • About The JV

MFC3T is a small business joint venture (JV) of three highly qualified businesses, founded to support the C3T mission: SRA International, Praemittias, and CSMI.

By coming together in a JV as a single prime contractor, MFC3T offers benefits generally associated with "IT Top 50" firms such as consolidated contract administration and depth & breadth in all technical areas, with the agility and innovative culture typical of a "small" company.

MFC3T provides PEO C3T and its customers the combined financial strength, management processes, and personnel resources of proven small businesses. The MFC3T member companies have established business relationships, and have focused on their core competencies since they were founded. These core competencies directly align with the GTACS core activities of Design/Development, Production, and Sustainment. MFC3T is a legal entity with a Federal Tax Identification Number and is listed in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). MFC3T will deliver PEO C3T substantial economies of scale—leveraging existing contract management infrastructure, technical capabilities, consolidated financial strength, and low handling costs. MFC3T is the best value and least risk for meeting PEO C3T's needs.
